Job summary

ADF Technologies Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a skilled Draughtsperson to generate CAD and 3D models for MEP projects. You will produce construction drawings and coordinate with engineers to deliver detailed models with dimensions and section views.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years in 3D modelling for MEP, with proficiency in CAD, Revit MEP and MS Office. English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred, with on-site work in Kuala Lumpur.

• Facade knowledge and drawing representation understanding

Job description

Generate CAD / 3D Modelling in accordance to engineer's sketch and comment. Produce construction drawings using CAD software and coordinate with Engineer to produce detailed model / drawings, complete with dimension, detail views and section.

Key responsibilities

Generate CAD / 3D Modelling in accordance to engineer's sketch and comment

Produce construction drawings using CAD software

Coordinate with Engineer to produce detailed model / drawings, c/w dimension, detail views and section

Create building services drawings

Assist in maintaining drawing archives and documentation for future reference, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for project teams

About you

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

Minimum 2 years working experience in 3D Modeling for MEP

Proficiency in CAD, Revit MEP & MS Office applications

Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing & all relevant technical issues

Facade Technical Knowledge, Computer and Software, AUTOCAD, Computer Peripheral Knowledge

Good understanding of drawings representation

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and workflows

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
