ADF Technologies Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a skilled Draughtsperson to generate CAD and 3D models for MEP projects. You will produce construction drawings and coordinate with engineers to deliver detailed models with dimensions and section views.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years in 3D modelling for MEP, with proficiency in CAD, Revit MEP and MS Office. English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred, with on-site work in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' 3D modelling experience for MEP
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit MEP and MS Office
• Experience with high-rise drawings and construction drawings
• Facade knowledge and drawing representation understanding

Responsabilités

• Generate CAD/3D modelling per engineer's sketches
• Produce construction drawings using CAD software
• Coordinate with engineers to produce detailed models with dimensions
• Create building services drawings
• Maintain drawing archives and ensure data integrity
