Responsibilities include drafting high-precision civil, structural, and topographic drawings, ensuring QA, managing deadlines, overseeing As-Built work, and maintaining CAD data with version control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years drafting experience in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is mandatory.
• Experience with BIM workflows (Revit) or 3D modeling is a major advantage.
• Educational background in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Drafter with 3+ years of experience to spearhead our drafting department. You will be responsible for translating complex surveyor data and engineering concepts into precise 2D/3D technical drawings and structural blueprints. You will also be tasked with establishing drafting standards, reviewing the work of junior drafters, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Drafting & Modeling: Produce, review, and finalize high-precision civil, structural, and topographic drawings based on complex surveyor inputs.

Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous quality checks on all outgoing drawings to ensure strict compliance with company, client, and local regulatory standards.

Workflow Management: Manage the drafting schedule, delegate tasks to junior drafters, and ensure the drafting team meets strict project deadlines.

As-Built & Modifications: Oversee the preparation of detailed 'As-Built' drawings and handle complex modifications resulting from site variations.

Data Management: Implement and maintain a systematic digital archiving and version-control system for all blueprints and CAD files.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of drafting experience in the construction, engineering, or surveying sectors.

Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is mandatory. Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit), BIM workflows, or 3D modeling (SketchUp) is a major advantage.
