Job summary

PEN KONSULT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join our KL (Subang) office, working with experienced engineers on M&E building projects including industrial, high-rise, commercial. You'll prepare mechanical services drawings using AutoCAD and support design development.

The role offers hands-on BIM/Revit exposure, coordination with architectural, structural and electrical teams, and a 5-day work week. Fresh grads with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical drafting/design experience in M&E (building services).
• Experience in M&E consulting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical services drawings using AutoCAD.
• Draft HVAC/ACMV, Fire Protection, Process (PCW, OFA etc) and other mechanical services.
• Prepare plans, sections, schematics and installation details.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural and electrical services.
• Assist engineers with design development and authority submissions.
• Revise drawings according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other consultants.

Join an established M&E Consulting Engineering firm and build your career in Mechanical Building Services Design.

We are looking for a Mechanical Drafter to join our KL (Subang) office and work with experienced engineers on MNC industrial, high-rise residential, commercial and building projects.

Prepare mechanical services drawings using AutoCAD.

Draft HVAC/ACMV, Fire Protection , Process (PCW, OFA etc) and other mechanical services.

Prepare plans, sections, schematics and installation details.

Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural and electrical services.

Assist engineers with design development and authority submissions.

Revise drawings according to project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other consultants.

Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or related field.

Minimum 3 years of mechanical drafting/design experience in M&E (building services)

Experience in M&E consulting is an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Revit/BIM experience is an added advantage.

Knowledge of HVAC/ACMV and Fire Protection preferred.

Able to read and understand M&E drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
