Job summary

United Premier Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Draughtsman to join our Ara Damansara office for a full-time role. You will create precise M&E building services drawings covering areas such as Air-Conditioning, Fire Protection, and Plumbing, and prepare design and as-built drawings in CAD software.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications, perform quality checks, and stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in M&E

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or 2 years of experience in designing M&E building services.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to M&E engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD/Revit) and producing precise drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create precise M&E building services drawings covering Air-Conditioning, Fire Protection, Plumbing Systems and more, adhering to specifications.
• Prepare Design and As-Built drawings to ensure accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure drawings meet technical specs and project requirements.

United Premier Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Mechanical & Electrical Draughter to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. As a full-time Mechanical & Electrical Draughter, you will play a crucial role in the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering operations, contributing to the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

• Create precise M&E Building Services drawings covering areas such as Air-Conditioning, Fire Protection, Plumbing System and etc, adhering to give specifications
• Prepare Design and As-Built drawings to ensure accurate project documentation.
• Collaborating with associate, project team leader and engineers to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and project requirements
• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and comprehensive drawings
• Conducting thorough quality checks and revisions to drawings to maintain high standards
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in M&E engineering

What we're looking for

• Basic knowledge or 2 years of experience in designing M&E building services.
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and well-organised drawings
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve design challenges
