Job summary

Pen Konsult Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Draftsperson- Mechanical (M&E consulting). The role focuses on drafting detailed Mechanical / M&E drawings for diverse projects, including HVAC, piping, and building services coordination with other disciplines.

You will support authority submissions and project documentation. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least three years of drafting experience in M&E environments and

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering, M&E, or building services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in an M&E/consulting environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Mechanical / M&E drawings for industrial, commercial, high-rise and Data Centre projects.
• Develop drawings for HVAC / ACMV, ductwork and mechanical services.
• Prepare piping layouts, equipment layouts and plant room drawings.
• Prepare plumbing and sanitary drawings including water supply and waste systems.
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architecture, structure, and electrical disciplines.
• Incorporate design revisions and authority requirements into drawings.
