Job summary

Nevermore Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Senior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept to completion, across commercial, residential, and F&B sectors.

You will produce design drawings, render with 3D Max, manage sites, and coordinate with clients and contractors while mentoring junior team members.

Strong AutoCAD and 3D Max skills, 3+ years of relevant experience, and English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience with rendering and technical drawings.
• Experience in site management and project coordination.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior design drawings, floor plans, and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed 3D renderings using 3D Max to communicate design intent.
• Take hands-on role in site visits and on-site coordination to ensure plans are executed correctly.
• Lead and manage multiple interior design projects, coordinating with clients and contractors.
• Liaise between the studio, clients and contractors to enable clear communication.
