Job summary

LI-Zainal Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Draftperson Electrical & Mechanical to join our Kelana Jaya team. The role focuses on creating detailed electrical drawings for our engineering projects and supporting project needs with accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of drafting experience and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. On-site work in Selangor offers career growth and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering/Architecture or technical college.
• SKM/TVET certificate acceptable for role.
• Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Capable of communicating in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Minimum 1 year of electrical drafting or design experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings and diagrams using CAD software.
• Interpret engineering specifications to produce accurate technical documentation.

LI-Zainal Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Draftperson Electrical & Mechanical (Pelukis Pelan) to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and diagrams for electrical systems and components to support our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings and diagrams using CAD software
• Interpret engineering specifications and requirements to produce accurate technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure drawings meet project needs
• Maintain an organised system for storing and retrieving technical drawings and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to electrical drafting

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Technical college or equivalent
• SKM / TVET Certificate able to apply
• Capable to converse in both Bahasa Melayu and English
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or equivalent
• Strong technical drawing and documentation skills
• Ability to interpret and translate engineering requirements into accurate technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical drafting or design
