Zusammenfassung

Jabil in Penang, Bayan Lepas is seeking a Compliance & Dormitory Management specialist to oversee centralized dormitory management and RBA compliance. The role ensures dormitories meet statutory requirements, company standards, and maintains supporting documentation.

You will support audits, track corrective actions, and conduct awareness sessions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as you contribute to ongoing improvement projects and daily compliance tasks.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and documentation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

Monitor dormitory compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, policy and regulations.
Track validity and renewal of permits, licenses, certificates, and other documents.
Monitor updates to statutory requirements and related regulations.
Maintain an updated dormitory compliance tracker and follow up on gaps.
Coordinate with service providers to rectify compliance issues.
Conduct periodic audits/inspections and close audit reports timely.
Escalate non-compliances and risks to the supervisor.
Prepare presentations and communicate compliance updates.
