GOLDCOIN STARHILL SDN BHD seeks an Assist/Assistant Dormitory Manager to support the overall dormitory operations and enrolment processes. You will liaise with contractors, vendors, and government authorities on dormitory matters and handle resident feedback with timely follow-up.

You will also contribute to safety & security management, asset and inventory control, and hygiene/housekeeping oversight, ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.

Formación

• Experience in dormitory or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with authorities and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in full dormitory management services and enrolment processes.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and government authorities on dormitory matters.
• Handle complaints and feedback from residents with timely follow-up.
• Maintain records of assets and oversee maintenance for prompt repairs.
• Support safety and security measures and audits.
• Oversee hygiene, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
