DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Domestics Executive to manage shipment bookings and coordinate domestic and airfreight operations from Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will ensure timely shipment execution and deliver outstanding customer service to DHL customers.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in logistics, at least 2 years in freight forwarding or related operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; CW1 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, supply chain or customer service operations.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CW1 experience is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process customer shipment bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipment movements with internal operations teams and DHL network offices.
• Monitor shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring service commitments are met.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Resolve shipment exceptions and provide timely customer updates.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver superior service.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
