Job summary

KSB Malaysia Pumps & Valves Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Document Controller to manage and organize project documents, drawings, submissions and correspondence. The role emphasizes meticulous filing, version control and accessibility across teams.

You will track submissions, approvals and revisions, assist with reports and meeting records, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and internal groups. This position supports project teams with admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
