Job summary

MN Power Transmission, Banting, Malaysia, is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documentation, drawings, and records.

You will handle document submission, distribution, tracking, filing, and version control, while supporting the project team with reporting and archiving. Diploma or degree in related field and MS Office skills required. Exposure to Data Centre construction projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of document control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Exposure to Data Centre construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, and records
• Manage document submission, distribution, and tracking
• Ensure proper filing (hardcopy and softcopy)
• Update document registers, logs, and trackers
• Support project team with documentation and reporting
• Ensure proper document version control and archiving

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
