Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking a meticulous Document Controller in Kuala Lumpur to manage, organize, and archive project documentation for active construction projects. You will ensure accurate records, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and support timely communication across sites.

The role requires at least two years in engineering/construction, proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop, and functional English for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in an engineering or construction project setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks; working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
• Functional English language skills to facilitate communication on international projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of project documentation, from intake and classification to secure archiving of blueprints, site logs, and agreements.
• Ensure the accuracy of the project database by updating records in real-time to reflect site progress and by compiling minutes from technical meetings.
• Act as the central point of contact for document distribution, ensuring timely and clear information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate current documentation processes to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that improve the speed and precision of record-keeping.
