The successful candidate must be capable of working across the Client, Consultants, General Contractor (GC), Trade Contractors (TCs) and other project stakeholders to ensure that project information, workflows and records are properly controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and manage the overall document control function for the project.
Establish, configure and maintain the project Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) document management environment.
Administer ACC user access, roles, permissions, folder structures and project-level document control settings.
Develop and implement project document control procedures, workflows, approval processes and governance requirements.
Establish and enforce project-wide document numbering, naming conventions, metadata requirements and revision control.

Manage and monitor RFIs, Issues, Submittals and associated workflows within ACC, ensuring proper assignment, tracking and closure.
Maintain accurate registers and dashboards for incoming/outgoing documents, submissions, RFIs, approvals, revisions and outstanding actions.
Ensure ACC is maintained as the project’s-controlled information environment and minimise reliance on offline or uncontrolled document registers.
Monitor and audit compliance with document control procedures, including document quality, metadata, revision status, naming conventions and workflow requirements.
Identify document control gaps and proactively drive corrective actions and standardisation across project teams.
Coordinate with the Client, Consultants, GC and TCs to ensure timely submission, review and approval of project documentation.
Provide ACC and document control guidance and support to project team members and external stakeholders.
Lead, guide and, where applicable, supervise Document Controllers supporting the project to ensure consistent implementation of document control standards.
Develop and maintain document control reports, dashboards and status reports for the Client and Project Management team.
Support project handover and close-out, including compilation and verification of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, testing/commissioning documentation and final project records.
Ensure complete document traceability and audit trails throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Project Manager/Project Director.
Minimum 8 years of document control experience within construction, engineering or major capital projects, preferably Data Center, Semiconductor, Mission Critical or other complex industrial projects.
Previous experience as a Lead Document Controller, Senior Document Controller or Document Control Manager on a large-scale construction project.
Proven hands-on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) administration experience is essential, including user and permission management, workflow configuration, folder structures, metadata, document governance and system administration. Experience limited to uploading, downloading, reviewing or tracking documents as a standard ACC user will not be sufficient.
Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, Issues, Submittals and document review/approval workflows within ACC.
Strong understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles, document lifecycle management, information governance and controlled project information environments.
Strong understanding of document numbering, naming conventions, metadata, revision control, transmittals and approval processes.
Experience establishing and implementing project document control procedures and standards.
Client/owner-side or PMC/consultancy experience is highly preferred, with demonstrated experience governing document control processes across General Contractors, Consultants and Trade Contractors.
Experience managing document control across multiple contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and the ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.
Experience supporting project handover and close-out, including as-built records and O&M documentation.
