Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or distribution; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and transportation coordination is an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, material issuance, and delivery support.
• Process inventory transactions in AutoCount ERP, including GRN, DO, stock transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock takes, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely material supply to production according to schedules.
• Maintain proper material handling, storage, and FIFO practices.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and operational issues to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
