Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a Distribution & Logistics Assistant based in Johor Bahru to support daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely supply to production. The role covers receiving, storage, material issuance, inventory transactions, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and transport providers.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/SCM/Business Admin and 1–3 years in logistics, with fresh graduates

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse and logistics operations for smooth material flow.
Process inventory transactions in AutoCount ERP (GRN, DO, stock transfers, stock adjustments).
Maintain accurate inventory records via cycle counts and stock takes.
Ensure timely material supply to production per schedules.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
