Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Center Operations in Kuching to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure timely order processing. You will coordinate with HOD, monitor inventory performance, and drive accuracy across transfers and stock movements.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics with at least 1 year in a similar function, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; you will implement safety rules and plan manpower for shifts to meet daily orders.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and report generation.
Understand inventory control processes.
Familiar with transfer orders and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist HOD to run daily operations.
Monitor DO – Inv performance.
Address inventory issues with Storekeeper; perform ad-hoc counts; verify documentation.
Check MHE status and raise job sheet for MHE down.
Enforce in-house safety and security rules.
Plan manpower allocation based on daily order status (at least twice daily).
Report disciplinary issues to head of department.
Update and share OTD, CO to CN reports with stakeholders.
