Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with the capability to use systems for information access and reporting functions.
• Experience with inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to run daily operation.
• Check daily Outstanding Orders report and take appropriate action.
• Ensure all outbound, inbound, rejection and POD meet the timeline.
• Check system variance for DKSH and TN systems per auto report.
• Handle inventory issues reported by Tiong Nam and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Attend urgent orders and complete assigned tasks promptly.
• Monitor the team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Perform duties assigned by the Executive in charge or management.
• Report any disciplinary issues to HOD.
