Job summary

DKSH in Shah Alam is seeking a capable Operations Coordinator to support daily activities across functions and ensure compliance with procedures. You will oversee staff, manage order readiness, and drive timely inbound/outbound processing while coordinating with Tiong Nam for inventory accuracy.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills and planning abilities. Applicants should be prepared to work at Section 26, Shah Alam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to plan and implement to reduce bottlenecks.
• Strong organization to determine staffing and shift needs.
• Understanding of inventory control processes.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam (Section 26).

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to run daily operation.
• Check daily Outstanding Orders and take action.
• Ensure outbound, inbound, rejection and POD meet timelines.
• Check system variance for DKSH and TN systems as per auto report.
• Address inventory issues with Tiong Nam; conduct ad-hoc counts and verify docs.
• Attend urgent orders and any assigned tasks promptly.
• Monitor team to complete daily tasks.
• Undertake duties assigned by Executive/management.
• Report disciplinary issues to HOD.
