Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Center Operations to oversee daily operations across all functional areas and ensure timely task completion. The role requires monitoring inventory performance, resolving issues with storekeepers, and maintaining safety and process discipline.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, with at least 1 year of similar experience, strong people and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office for reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Computer literate with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
• Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to run daily operations.
• Monitor DO – Inv performance.
• Take action on inventory issues reported by Storekeeper (adhoc physical counts, documentation checks, system transaction checks).
• Check MHE status and raise job sheets for any MHE down.
• Ensure in-house safety and security rules are adhered by all staff.
• Plan manpower allocation based on daily order status (minimum twice per day).
• Report disciplinary issues to head of department.
• Update and share OTD, CO to CN reports with stakeholders.
