Job summary

Mr. Tomato Fresh Market Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our logistics team in Port Klang. You will accept shifts, complete trips, and ensure deliveries are completed on time and in good condition.

The role requires a valid driving licence and at least 1 year of driving or delivery experience. Familiarity with Klang Valley routes and strong safety awareness are preferred, with weekend or public holiday shifts possible.

• Minimum 1 year of driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and delivery locations is an advantage.
• Able to accept and commit to selected delivery shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Accept and complete assigned delivery shifts based on available trip schedules and operational requirements.
• Provide delivery and transportation services according to the accepted shift and assigned delivery details.
• Ensure all accepted trips are completed safely, punctually, and according to the agreed service standards.
• Collect goods from warehouse and deliver to assigned branches, customers, or designated locations.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods and ensure products are handled properly during transportation.
• Verify delivery quantity and condition of goods before and after delivery.
• Complete and submit Delivery Order (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and related delivery documents after each completed trip.
• Obtain acknowledgement from receiving parties and ensure delivery records are properly completed.
• Immediately report any delivery delays, missing items, damaged goods, or delivery issues to the Company.
• Maintain good communication with warehouse, branches, and Company representatives regarding delivery arrangements.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and suitable condition for delivery purposes.
• Perform basic vehicle inspection before accepting and completing delivery shifts.
• Ensure valid driving licence, insurance, road tax, and required vehicle documents are available and valid.
• Follow traffic regulations, safety requirements, and Company delivery procedures at all times.
• Maintain professional conduct and good service attitude when dealing with warehouse personnel, branch staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Complete other delivery-related tasks based on the accepted shift requirements.
