Job summary

You will develop sales strategies, lead and motivate the team, monitor KPIs, forecast demand, manage inventory and foster relationships with financial institutions and partners to grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall sales operations to achieve sales targets, revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans and initiatives to increase vehicle sales and market share.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and dealership performance objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer demand to identify business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, vehicle allocation, inventory levels and stock turnover effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, fleet customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Proton sales standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyse sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, process improvement and continuous sales performance enhancement.
