Job summary

The role requires a Diploma/ Bachelor's in business or automotive management, 8+ years in automotive, and 3+ years in senior management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the automotive industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior or dealership management role.
• Proven track record in driving sales, service and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Aftersales, Service, Parts, Admin and Customer Relations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue, profitability and targets.
• Monitor monthly performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
