• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyse sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, process improvement and continuous sales performance enhancement.
