Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Good leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations.
• Able to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
• Monitor KPIs and conversion rates to ensure achievement.
• Coach and train Sales Advisors to improve closing skills.
• Plan campaigns, roadshows and on-ground activities to generate leads.

• Monitor stock allocation, bookings and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues.
