Job summary

Visa Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Consulting - Technology to lead transformational engagements, guiding multidisciplinary teams in reimagining payment capabilities and new business models.

You will work with Visa products, platforms and solutions, driving adoption and measurable client impact across complex programs. You will partner with Business, Product and Technology teams, manage risks and dependencies, and promote AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in consulting driving large-scale programs and holding an advanced degree.
• Expertise in Visa/Mastercard payment products and implementations preferred.
• Experience analyzing data to identify insights, risks and opportunities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on product requirements, design, development, testing and support.
• Exposure to real-world AI use cases in financial services and translating opportunities to AI requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead transformational client engagements with multiple delivery teams.
• Develop deep expertise across Visa products and solutions and align with market trends and revenue objectives.
• Lead functional and technical advocacy, aligning recommendations with Visa strategy and delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to define requirements and governance.
• Work with UI/UX, Solution Architects, and product teams to evaluate options and manage client expectations.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of card products, including debit, credit and prepaid, and money movement solutions.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive measurable client impact.
• Promote and apply generative AI to improve delivery efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and delivery methodologies.
