Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large digital enterprise programs in financial services.
• Experience designing tailored solutions and validating via proofs of concept.
• Formal accreditation in PM/PMO or change management is desirable; Agile experience is a plus.
• Strong client relationship development and leadership across multi-party teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with strategic impact and benefits realization.
• Identify and manage risks, scope, and budgets; adjust as needed for value.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Lead PMOs across varied clients and businesses with governance and quality standards.
