Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a proactive personal loan sales professional to aggressively source and book new loans from both existing and potential customers in Selangor. You will meet monthly targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and participate in road shows when needed.

The role requires active promotion of unsecured personal loan products, cross-selling of other banking products, and adherence to bank policies and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
• Meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers.
• Attend road shows when required.
• Actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
• Cross sell other banking products when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
• Ensure bank’s interests are protected at all times.
• Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank.
