Job summary

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking a proactive Solution Architect to support digital transformation projects and provide pre-sales consultation. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and technical colleagues to understand business needs, map them to feasible solutions and help ensure successful project delivery across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Solution Design or IT Project Delivery.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and business processes.
• Design and recommend digital solutions, workflow automation and document management systems.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations and customer workshops.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, SOWs and project documentation.
• Support sales teams with solution proposals, TCO analysis and customer consultations.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project planning, UAT, SOP development and solution handover.
