• Experience mapping business processes and turning needs into structured workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS tools, workflow platforms, ERP/CRM or low-code systems.
• Strong data orientation, with comfort in spreadsheets and basic scripting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Lark across the company, including Base, Docs/Wiki, approval workflows, task/project tracking, permissions and automation.
• Interview users, map existing processes and identify bottlenecks, duplicated work, missing controls and automation opportunities.
• Design and build practical digital workflows for outlet operations, new-store opening, audits, issue rectification, HR, training, purchasing, finance/admin and other business processes.
• Connect business systems using APIs, webhooks or automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier where appropriate.
• Build management dashboards and recurring reports by consolidating data from existing systems and spreadsheets.
• Explore and implement useful AI workflows, such as management summaries, exception detection, knowledge search and action-item generation.
• Run UAT, document SOPs, train users and track actual adoption after launch.
• Work with external vendors or developers when a solution requires deeper technical development.
• Maintain a prioritized digital improvement backlog and deliver visible improvements in short cycles.

Founded in 2012, Tasty Porridge (品粥) is an established Chinese-style congee restaurant chain in Malaysia. We currently operate 10 outlets and a central kitchen across the Klang Valley, supported by approximately 130 employees.

As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our digital capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility and collaboration across the business.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Transformation & Automation professional to work directly with our Managing Director.

You will turn real operational challenges into simple, scalable digital systems—taking ownership from process discovery and solution design through implementation, training and continuous improvement.

This is not a traditional IT support role. You will work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Central Kitchen and outlet teams to build practical workflows, dashboards and automations that reduce manual work, improve visibility, strengthen accountability and accelerate execution.

Lark will serve as our core collaboration and workflow platform, supported by API integrations, automation tools and AI solutions where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Lark across the company, including Base, Docs/Wiki, approval workflows, task/project tracking, permissions and automation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business systems, digital transformation, business analysis, system implementation, process improvement, product operations, automation or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and convert user needs into structured workflows and system requirements.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or configuring SaaS business tools, workflow platforms, ERP/CRM, low‑code/no‑code systems, project management systems or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and system logic. Basic SQL, API, JSON, webhook or scripting knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Able to independently run a project from discovery to build, testing, rollout, training and improvement.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both management and frontline operational users.
• Fast learner, practical problem solver and willing to go to outlets / operational environments to understand the real workflow.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage:

• Experience with Lark / Feishu, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft Power Platform, Monday.com or similar workflow / collaboration platforms.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or other automation tools.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase or equivalent.
• Experience in F&B, retail, multi‑outlet operations, franchise, hospitality or other operationally intensive businesses.
• Experience using AI tools or LLM APIs to automate business workflows.
