Job summary

LSE Attrus Sdn Bhd, a rapidly expanding F&B group headquartered in Johor Bahru, seeks an experienced accounting professional to join our AI‑driven Accounts team. You will manage full sets of accounts, drive accurate financial reporting, and contribute to smarter workflows across multiple entities.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with 4–5 years in F&B accounting, and are proficient in SQL Accounting, Excel, Power BI, SST/tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience in F&B/hospitality.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting software.
• Knowledge of SST regulations and tax compliance.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities (AP, AR, GL).
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting per standards.
• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Process supplier payments and employee expenses with proper docs.
• Support audit and tax preparation; maintain records.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation; liaise with banks and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions to ensure accuracy of collections and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements for management review
• Process supplier payments, employee expense claims, and petty cash with proper documentation
• Support audit and tax preparation, ensuring compliance and completeness of financial records
• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting documentation
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, auditors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience (F&B / Hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, and tax compliance
• Proficient in SQL Accounting software
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, tax compliance, month-end closing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Power BI, Looker Studio, Power Query, or advanced Excel
  • Workflow automation and process improvement
  • E-Invoicing and accounting system integration
  • SOP development and digital documentation
