Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for understanding clients' needs, and helping them to plan, create, manage, monitor, and run the campaigns or ads to achieve clients' business goals based on their budget.

Requirements
  • Full-time position - open for Malaysian Only
  • Required language(s): MUST be able to Speak and Write in Mandarin and English
  • Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing (Mandarin & English).
  • Able to think analytically and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of Twitter Marketing and Google Analytics will have an added advantage.
  • Works well in a team as well as individually.
Experience Required
  • Requires minimum 1-2 years of experience in running social media ads & management (including monthly planner).
Key Responsibilities
  • Able to understand clients' needs, create Monthly Planners, implement social media content scheduling, select target audiences, monitor campaign performance, and prepare campaign performance reports for clients.
  • Responsible for client engagement, serve, and educating clients.
  • Design, optimize, and implement a digital marketing funnel.
  • Monitoring performance of digital marketing campaigns on Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and create marketing materials like direct response copywriting, landing pages, social media content, ad copy, etc.
  • Assist in product development, problem-solving, and project management.
