Job summary

PwC Academy seeks a creative Associate to join the Digital Learning team in transforming learning experiences with technology, multimedia production, and engaging content. You will design, build, and deliver digital learning solutions across the firm.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, stakeholders, and engagement teams to manage timelines, craft impactful learning programs, and stay ahead of digital learning trends including AI tools.

Qualifications

• Design and develop interactive digital learning content and learner experiences.
• Experience or strong interest in multimedia production tools.
• Able to visualise ideas and convert them into practical learning assets, activities and learner experiences.
• Confident, energetic and able to contribute ideas to enrich learning experiences through technology, creativity and learner engagement.
• Able to conduct effective discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and align on learning outcomes.
• Good writing skills, including storyboarding, instructional scripts and learner instructions.
• Able to apply design thinking, data analytics, AI tools, and digital technologies to design, and deliver learning programmes.
• Experience or strong interest in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning and blended learning content.
• Produce creative learning assets, including videos and microlearning content.
• Support end-to-end video production from concept to publishing.
• Design engaging learning experiences that encourage participation and application.
• Incorporate gamification and scenario-based activities across formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and timelines.
• Manage digital upskilling programmes and learning initiatives.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Assist with operational, risk, and compliance activities as required.
