Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, digital, or technology.
• At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years in IT/Technology involving app/web development and product/project management.
• Proven ability to prioritize products and manage development pipelines.
• Strong digital product and channel literacy.

Aufgaben

• Stay updated on trends in technology and digital innovation for customer experience.
• Lead requirement curation for mobile apps, channels, and emerging tech.
• Design and drive implementation of new features and projects.
• Lead PoCs aligned with innovation strategy and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Support creation and management of new tech/products, fostering collaboration.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Prepare engaging presentations for stakeholders on proposed innovations.
• Organize workshops and brainstorming activities to cultivate innovation culture.
• Work with leadership to align initiatives with company goals.
• Partner with startups, industry experts, and research institutions for collaboration opportunities.
