MR DIY International seeks a DT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across mobile apps, e-commerce, website, middleware, and enterprise systems in Malaysia. You will translate requirements into delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope, and quality delivery across markets.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive value, governance, and change management for successful go-lives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing software or enterprise-wide digital/IT implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering software projects end-to-end on schedule and within budget.
• Hands-on experience maintaining project risk registers and issue logs.
• Knowledge of testing phases and SDLC delivery.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Experience managing vendors or external delivery partners.
• Experience running change management activities for software rollouts.
• PMO standards, governance, and compliance familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review business cases, including ROI calculations and detailed costing.
• Plan and drive delivery with project plans, WBS, and schedules from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget with baselining and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business analysts, developers, QA, vendors, and operations.
