Job summary

Star Media Group Berhad seeks a visionary Senior Manager, Product (Digital) to lead the next generation of digital platforms, defining strategy and driving execution for growth, engagement, and market leadership among a youth-focused audience.

You will partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Content, Marketing and Editorial to deliver mobile-first products, apply data-driven KPI insights, and build monetization models for sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product management with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience in digital media, content, or consumer technology spaces.
• Proven track record delivering mobile-first products for youth audiences.
• Strong data fluency, analytics, and KPI definition.
• Leadership to motivate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing).
• Experience launching high-traffic web and native apps (iOS/Android) preferred.
• Content consumption and digital subscription/ad-tech monetization knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate long-term product vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle with Engineering, UX/UI and Content teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop monetization strategies and financial models.
• Oversee GTM launches with Marketing, Sales, Editorial.
• Own KPIs and drive data-driven optimization for growth.
