Job summary

Mesra Retail & Café Sdn Bhd seeks a senior leader to own the end-to-end delivery and sustainable operation of its digital products and services. You will integrate Product Management, Experience Design and Digital Operations into one coherent lifecycle, translating priorities into executable delivery plans and ensuring adoption and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Digital Management or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Preferred credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, SAFe, Product Management, ITIL or relevant cloud/technology certifications are an added advantage.
• Typically 10-15 years of relevant experience across digital product, technology delivery, transformation and/or service operations, including approximately 4-6 years in leadership or delivery accountability roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital delivery and portfolio execution across multiple products and streams.
• Lead digital product portfolio and lifecycle management with vision, roadmaps and backlog adoption.
• Integrate experience design into delivery lifecycle from discovery to release.
• Manage delivery capacity, dependencies and cross-functional priorities.
• Govern quality, UAT and release readiness across platforms and services.
• Ensure operational readiness, service transition and smooth production support.
• Lead digital operations, service resilience and continuous improvement.
• Govern vendors, managed services and specialist delivery partners.
• Provide stakeholder leadership and executive escalation as needed.
• Build delivery capability, role clarity and sustainable ways of working.
