Job summary

Singtel GBS KL is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to partner with leadership, drive change communications, and deliver employee engagement programs that align with business priorities. You will develop strategies and lead multi-channel campaigns across leadership messaging, digital channels, and internal events.

The role requires shaping a connected culture through effective communication, stakeholder collaboration, and program execution in a dynamic shared-services environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in change management, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to design and deliver comms strategies supporting change and transformation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker translating business priorities into engagement initiatives.
• Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Knowledge of change models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CCE business partner for GBS KL, leading change management, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute the annual Communications and Engagement strategy aligned with Singtel Group and GBS priorities.
• Lead communications for organisational change, transformation programmes, leadership initiatives and engagement campaigns across audiences.
• Partner with Site Lead to define and deliver the annual communications calendar, leadership messaging, and engagement agenda.
• Establish governance for GBS KL communications with messaging cadence and approvals.
• Align local communications with Singtel Group Corporate Communications and Change teams.
• Create leadership messages, presentations, town halls, newsletters, emails, SharePoint, Viva Engage and other platforms.
• Ensure strategy and priorities are effectively communicated to employees through appropriate channels.
• Provide comms support for major initiatives and business transformation.
• Track the communications budget and report performance to the Site Lead.
