SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a fueled Digital Enablement Programme Coordinator to drive end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives within the Innovation & Technology unit. You will plan instructor-led, virtual and blended training, handle logistics, registrations and assessments, and coordinate with facilitators and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires 1–3 years in programme coordination or related fields, with strong communication, content development and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Event Management or an equivalent relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in programme coordination, learning and development, training delivery, events, internal communications, marketing or change management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, participant journeys, logistics, budgets, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Plan and support instructor-led, virtual and blended training, including nominations, registrations, facilitators, learning materials, assessments, attendance and completion records.
• Support change management activities by developing communication and engagement plans, campaigns, toolkits, events and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, training partners and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation, learning outcomes, engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.
