SD Guthrie International is seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to support end-to-end digital enablement initiatives in a corporate environment in Malaysia. You will help manage workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

You will develop internal communications and campaigns, coordinate events such as roadshows and town halls, and collate feedback to refine adoption efforts while partnering with SMEs and vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, HR, Event Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating programmes, events, internal communications, marketing or change management in a corporate environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets and follow-up actions.
• Support change management activities by developing communication and engagement plans, campaigns, toolkits, events and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.
