Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Manager to oversee the campaign portfolio across digital channels, ensuring on-time delivery, governance, and strong performance against KPIs. You will guide the implementation team, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Ad Tech, Product and Engineering to optimize campaigns.

The role focuses on establishing standards, driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team capable of delivering campaigns beyond execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall digital campaigns managed by the team and ensure campaigns are delivered according to timelines, requirements, KPIs and commercial commitments.
• Establish clear campaign management standards, governance processes and ways of working across the team.
• Lead or provide oversight for complex, high-impact, multi-platform campaigns and act as the senior escalation point for delivery, performance or stakeholder issues.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance against KPIs and provide direction on optimization strategies and budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Ad Tech, Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure campaigns meet revenue expectations.
