Astro Malaysia’s leading entertainment company is seeking a seasoned Digital Campaign Manager to own end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation across multiple ad networks. You will ensure accurate trafficking, tracking, and budget management while collaborating with Sales to meet advertiser goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with GAM, DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, plus strong analytics and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Advertising/Commerce/Communications or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in digital media campaign execution, trafficking, and optimisation.
Hands-on experience with GAM, DV360, TTD, Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across Astro's ad network, ensuring accurate setup and timely delivery.
QA assets, tracking pixels, and ad placements; collaborate with Sales to align with advertiser goals.
Monitor performance, adjust budgets and targeting to improve ROAS and efficiency.
Troubleshoot tracking issues with ad tech teams; ensure proper UTMs and conversions.
Generate weekly and post-campaign reports; derive insights for future campaigns.
Lead and mentor Digital Campaign Executives; enforce SLA and best practices.
