Job summary

EDV Werke is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of digital products from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires strong business analysis, mobile product development, and agile delivery experience within a B2B contract framework.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and UX teams, creating clear user stories and technical specs, while driving data-driven decisions to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner delivering digital products or enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience working on mobile application projects with understanding of mobile platforms and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum teams, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, conversion funnels, customer experience metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions, understand system interactions, architecture, APIs, and write technical user stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, developers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specs for digital products.
• Support design and delivery of mobile features by collaborating with development teams.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and manage backlog refinement to support iterative value delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, architects and UX teams to align objectives.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional documentation, and technical specifications.
• Analyze data, user behavior, conversion metrics and product performance to support decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of digital products through analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights.
