Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support expansion of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, STP initiatives, and Digital Wealth capabilities across digital channels. You will map end-to-end processes and translate business needs into clear requirements to enable automation and improved customer journeys.

The role requires strong experience in Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, compliance and technology teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes within Digital Banking Channels.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of Digital Wealth and Investment Services, onboarding, servicing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to document and present clearly.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or SDLC delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end customer service fulfillment process flows.
• Document data flows and system integration touchpoints.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Digital Channels, Wealth Product Owners, operations, and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops to align requirements, priorities and timelines.
