Job summary

All Eights (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic professional to promote diagnostic solutions to laboratory managers and clinicians across Malaysia. You will organize workshops and talks, drive sales strategies, and build enduring relationships with key opinion leaders and institutions.

The role involves collaborating with engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation at customer sites and nationwide travel as required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in IVD, preferably in coagulation/hematology.
• Experience handling government tenders is an advantage.
• Experience with automated coagulation platforms preferred.
• Proactive and self-learning attitude.
• Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.

Responsibilities

• Organize workshops, CMEs, and scientific talks.
• To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets.
• To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
• To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long‑lasting partnerships.
• To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites.
