Job summary

DKSH seeks a Senior/Product Specialist, Medical Device (Laboratory) to drive sales in Malaysia’s laboratory and healthcare segments. You will expand analyzer placements, promote EQA programs, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnostics.

You will plan targets for laboratories and hospitals, educate HCPs on EQA value, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely enrolment and customer satisfaction. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for engaging diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Experience presenting CME talks and communicating complex product value to HCPs.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals and laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve sales targets for QA programs, analyzers and related products across labs and hospitals.
• Educate HCPs on the value of EQA programs and diagnostics products.
• Retain and grow existing accounts and expand patient base for analyzer parameters.
• Identify new potential accounts and drive uptake of analyzers and EQA programs.
• Collaborate with vendors and Bumiputera partners for growth.
• Address customer requests and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external teams for RCPA enrolment and hospital engagements.
• Conduct product presentations and provide after-sales support; monitor competitor activities.
