Job summary

RRKC is seeking a Principal Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in Diagnostics, Genomic and Automation products from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires managing hospitals, labs and key accounts, while developing distributors and expanding market coverage.

You will lead customer meetings, product presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with Applications, Service, Marketing and Commercial teams to meet targets. Travel to regional markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) / Clinical Diagnostics.
• Experience with diagnostic products such as immunoassay, molecular diagnostics, diagnostic analyzers and/or laboratory automation.
• Experience managing both direct customers and distributors / channel partners.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia diagnostics, healthcare and laboratory market.
• Strong business development, negotiation and account management skills.
• Able to independently manage a territory and develop new business.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Diagnostics, Genomic and Automation products in Malaysia and potentially other regions.
• Drive sales growth and revenue across assigned territories and product portfolios.
• Manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, healthcare institutions and key accounts.
• Develop and manage distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets and business opportunities.
• Build sales pipelines, account plans and territory strategies.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with Applications, Service, Marketing and Commercial teams to support customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Travel within Malaysia and other assigned markets when required.
