Job summary

LUXSHARE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD in Malaysia seeks a manufacturing-focused engineer to perform DFM reviews, identify design issues, and drive yield improvements in PCB/PCBA production. You will generate DFM reports, support PFMEA, and collaborate across teams to optimize SOPs and ECN changes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of SMT/DFM experience and be capable of optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in DFM analysis or PCB/PCBA process and manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT process development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical review from a manufacturing perspective
• Identify design issues & optimize manufacturing process
• Drive mass production yield improvement and cost reduction
• Generate accurate & timely DFM reports
• Support PFMEA evaluation & updates
• Review and improve SOP and process specifications
• Cross functional collaboration with internal teams to enhance product manufacturability and manage ECN change risk
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
