Job summary

JLL Malaysia is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Design & Build team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with daily project coordination, admin tasks, and record-keeping, helping to keep projects on track and well-documented.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, review drawings and submissions, attend site meetings and inspections, and help prepare reports, cost estimates, and tender documents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Design & Build team with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Support preparation of project schedules, reports, meeting minutes and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Help review drawings, material submissions, quotations and other project documentation.
• Maintain project records, document registers and filing systems.
• Attend project meetings and site inspections, and record key actions and progress.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, quality, safety and outstanding works.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents and quotation comparisons.
• Conduct basic research on materials, products, suppliers and design solutions.
• Carry out other project-related duties assigned by the Design & Build team.
